Participating in research studies is interesting, rewarding, and fun!

Our research studies are designed to gather opinions and attitudes from consumers and professionals on a wide range of products, services, and concepts. If you are invited to participate, your input is very important since your opinions represent thousands of people in the Charlotte area.

Studies are typically held at our office located near the Carolinas Medical Center Pineville. We always compensate participants for their time.  To be considered for studies, you must register with us. Registration is free and information is kept confidential - please see our privacy statement for more information.

Once you’re registered, your information goes into our secure database and you will be considered for all our studies. When we begin working on a project that matches your profile, we will call you to ask some questions to see if you meet the criteria of the study. If you do, we will confirm the date and time with you and send a reminder by mail or email. If you don’t you will be considered for other studies.

AOC typically calls from randomly generated lists of people in our databank who match the basic criteria of our studies. Occasionally, we will send emails to alert you about certain studies. We do not accept call-ins to participate in studies.
