| Frequently Asked Questions:
- What is Marketing Research?
Marketing Research is actually consumer opinion research
and it is the main way that you, the consumer, can tell
corporations what you think about their products and advertising.
It is also your chance to tell companies the shows you want
to see on television and the music you want to hear on the
radio. There is never any selling involved in marketing
research. You will never be identified by name with your
answers.
- Why did you ask me?
Our clients want a variety of opinions from people with
different socio-economic backgrounds and from different
geographic areas. We have quotas of males and females, specific
ages, incomes, and ethnicity. Our Client may be looking
for people who use his product or in some instances people
who do not use his product. We contact people from our data
bank, from special lists provided by our clients, and at
random.
- Why should I do your survey?
A small number of people are invited to take part in a survey.
You have been chosen to participate because you fit certain
quota groups, so your answers represent a small segment
of the population. If you do not participate we may not
have that segment represented.
